If you’ve been following along, you now know that the aches, stiffness, or fatigue you’ve been feeling aren’t just “part of aging” — they’re your body’s way of saying:
“I’m ready to move again… but I need a little help getting started.”
That’s exactly why I created a small-group class that blends Pilates, strength, and balance training — specifically for people over 50 who want to stay active, age confidently, and feel in control of their bodies again.
You Don’t Need a Gym
You don’t need to “get fit first.”
You don’t even need to be pain-free to begin.
You just need a place to start — with the right support, structure, and someone in your corner who knows how to help you ease back in safely.
What We Do in Class
We meet every Wednesday from 12:00–1:00, in a small, friendly group of people just like you. We run in 5-week blocks, so you can build progress without feeling like you’re signing up forever.
In every session, we work on:
Improving core strength
Activating the right muscles (not overusing the wrong ones!)
Boosting balance and stability
Supporting joint health and posture
Preventing injuries — before they start
The best part? Everything is customized. If your knees hurt, we modify. If you have a sore shoulder, we work around it. If you feel great, we help you feel even better.
Why It Works
Most people I work with say the same thing:
“I didn’t know how good I could feel again. I feel stronger and more stable.”
This class gives you structure, accountability, and a caring community — so you’re not figuring it out alone.
You’ll feel stronger, steadier, and more connected to your body in just a few short weeks.
Only 1 Spot Left This Round
Right now, there’s just one space left in the next 5-week block.
If you’re even a little curious, just reply to this email or give me a quick call.
There’s no pressure — we can have a quick chat and see if it feels like the right fit.
